Fuggsworth is a happy-go-lucky and sometimes sleazy creep with like two brain cells left. That may be due to the massive toothy crater in his head but who's knows? What we do know is that he LOVES *bubble baths, snow cones and will be your cuddle buddy forever. Just don't put your face too close to his cranium fangs.
